As your coach, I am committed to supporting you on your journey to reach your health goals. In order to do this effectively, I will work with you regularly to create customized plans that fit your needs. I will also provide regular check-ins and be available for communication through various channels.
In order for our coaching relationship to be successful, I have a few expectations of you as my client. I expect you to communicate openly and honestly with me, to give your best effort, to be on time with check-ins, and to set realistic goals that are in line with your current capabilities. By adhering to these expectations and working together, we can make the most of our time and help you achieve the results you desire.
During the initial phase of our coaching relationship, we will take the time to get a clear understanding of how your body responds to different nutrition and training strategies. By gathering this important information, we can tailor your plans to your unique needs and help you achieve your goals.

Coaching Rates
$147 One Month Diet Coaching
Work one-on-one with an expert diet coach. Create a customized plan to help you achieve your diet goals. Get feedback from your coach as needed, with a weekly check-in required of each coaching client to stay on track for your goals. Your coach will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program. Unlimited contact between you and your coach via email. A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, 48-hour turnaround on weekends.
$217 Five Week Diet & Training
Get everything from the One Month Diet Coaching Plan + 1 additional week of diet coaching and a 5 week weight training program designed to work along side your diet to help ensure you maximize your body composition potential. Training programs are provided to you online and include a 4 to 6 day a week workout plan based on your needs for you to complete on your own.
$357 10 Week Diet & Training
Get everything from the Five Week Diet & Training Plan for a total of 10 weeks, saving you a total of $77 over the course of 10 weeks of coaching.
